By accessing and using the services provided by Rizhao Hailan Mystery Information Technology Co., Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Each project will be defined by a separate agreement or statement of work that outlines the specific services, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
Clients agree to:
Fees for services will be specified in the project agreement. All fees are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement and may include deposits, milestone payments, or other arrangements.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
All materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in providing services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement.
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services performed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice to clients. Changes to ongoing projects will be handled according to the project agreement.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from client's use of deliverables or breach of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Rizhao, Shandong Province.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or government actions.
These Terms of Service, together with any project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
